o "Sex and violent offender registry background check" means verifying that the selected applicant or employee has not got undisclosed convictions of certain sex and violent crimes in every jurisdiction where the applicant or employee currently or has resided.

Basic Criminal court records search Policy Provisions

* New Staff Employees

o Outstanding Staff employees shall experience the following criminal history checks completed for a condition of employment with American Acme Corporation. Every of the background checks identified in this paragraph, the human being resources office at each headquarters determines whether it or recruiting department will do the court background check.
